Delivery

We deliver all orders to your house completely free of charge throughout Lithuania (places where a cargo minibus can reach).

The courier delivers the furniture to your home in Lithuania free of charge.
The furniture is usually delivered unassembled, in boxes, but assembly instructions and fittings are attached to the furniture.

One day before the delivery of the furniture, we contact the customer to coordinate the delivery time.

Delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit may take longer than the specified time. Furniture is delivered to the Curonian Spit free of charge after a sufficient number of orders have been collected. You can pick up the furniture faster when the furniture is transported in Klaipėda. We inform you about the deadlines in each case separately.

The product description usually indicates the preliminary delivery period of that product, which is calculated from the confirmation of the order, i.e. when the order is verified and confirmed over the phone. We will inform you immediately by e-mail and SMS about the confirmed and started execution of the order.

When receiving or collecting the ordered goods, check the condition of the goods and sign the handover-acceptance document. In the event that during the transfer-receipt of the goods you notice any damage to the external appearance of the goods or inconsistencies in the composition of the goods, be sure to note this in the invoice, waybill or other document of the transfer-receipt of the shipment. If you notice violations or other inconsistencies later, write to hausy@hausy.eu

If you pay for your order in cash, please ensure that you have the exact amount of cash specified in your order at the time of delivery.

Furniture assembly service

If a collection service is needed, we recommend our partners working in different regions of Lithuania. The prices of collection services provided by partners depend on each individual situation.


Delivery abroad

On request, we can deliver to other European Union countries. Email us by mail, which furniture you have chosen and to which address it should be delivered.
