If you are not 100% satisfied with your quality product, you can return it within 14 calendar days and get back all the money you paid. When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

  • The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
  • Quality assembled or attempted to assemble furniture cannot be returned;
  • The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
  • In the event that the reason for the return of the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product;
  • The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
  • The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer;
  • We will be able to pick up the returned goods from the place where the cargo minibus can arrive;
  • It is not possible to return furniture purchased through leasing (in installments), but you can refuse the goods at the same time as the furniture is delivered. Just look at the furniture to see if it suits you and only then sign the leasing contract.
  • We undertake to return the product within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.

Money is returned only by transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.


Product exchange, return or elimination of defects is carried out in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules

(Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of June 11, 2001 with amendments).

24 months quality guarantee


The main features of each product sold by Hausy.eu are generally indicated in the product description attached to each product. All goods sold on Hausy.eu are provided with a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions of which can be found in the product descriptions and warranty coupons. After purchasing the goods, it is necessary to carefully inspect them before assembly.

Warranty validity conditions:

  • when assembling the product, the buyer follows the assembly instructions attached to the product;
  • the product was used for its intended purpose during one shift and was maintained in accordance with the maintenance rules;
  • the warranty applies to defects in the quality of the goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer and the transportation of the goods by the seller's transport.

The buyer loses the right to free warranty service in the following cases:

the buyer did not comply with the furniture operation and maintenance rules;

  • the goods were damaged due to the buyer's fault;
  • the furniture was damaged due to Force majeure.
  • We recommend not to throw away the packaging until the furniture is assembled. In the case of warranty service, additional information may be required, which is provided on the product packaging.


Please notify us of any defects you have noticed during the use of the furniture via the contacts listed on the website Hausy.eu. Quantitative or qualitative inconsistencies detected during the warranty period are corrected, completed or replaced by Hausy.eu at its own expense.

In the event that after purchasing one of these goods, you notice that it is of poor quality, you have the right to return such goods to us within 24 months from the date of delivery to you. We can also pick up the goods free of charge with our own transport. In this case, the defective product will be replaced free of charge with a quality product or the money paid will be returned to you. Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods, approved in 2001 June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217".

If you notice hidden product defects during the warranty period (24 months), please take a photo of them and immediately send us a photo by e-mail at hausy@hausy.eu. In this case, the product manufacturer will determine whether the product defect is covered by the warranty, i.e. whether the product is a factory defect. We will immediately inform you about the manufacturer's decision by means of communication specified by you. Please note that:

  • The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally worn parts of goods and furniture fabric;
  • In the event that the reason for the return of the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product.



The manufacturer's warranty is valid for all components of the items and their components, except for furniture
for lighting bulbs and transformers. Textures of natural wood, natural leather, and other materials
unevenness of shade, changes in natural wood or natural leather and other surfaces are not considered product quality
lack of Natural changes in the wear of the fabric or leather are not considered a defect in the quality of the goods.
The Manufacturer's quality guarantee does not apply if the Customer or the persons to whom the Manufacturer has transferred the furniture
did not use the furniture for the purposes for which it is normally used, did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions,
violated the rules of transportation, assembly, storage, use, storage, maintenance and operation of furniture, as well as, if mechanical or other external defects of the goods are visible, discussed in writing during the transfer of the furniture or the quality of the furniture
the deterioration is caused by the actions of the Customer or other persons to whom the Manufacturer sold the furniture.
